Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Brainmaxxing, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Subscriptions

• —Brainmaxxing Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99/month) or annual subscription ($29.99/year).
• —Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• —Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• —Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
• —Free trial. New users receive a 7-training-day free trial. The trial ends after you complete reps on 7 distinct days. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
• —Refunds. All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not independently issue refunds for App Store purchases.
• —Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Price changes will be notified in advance and will apply at the next renewal period.

Free Features

The three daily cognitive training reps (Solve It, What's Missing?, Say It Better) are always free, regardless of subscription status. You will never be locked out of your daily training.

Use of the App

• —Brainmaxxing is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• —You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
• —You may not use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

No Medical Claims

Brainmaxxing is an entertainment and self-improvement app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Brain Score and percentile rankings are relative metrics within the app — they are not clinical assessments of cognitive ability or health.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Brainmaxxing is owned by or licensed to us. Your Brain Score data and rewrite responses belong to you.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
